We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (live plants that have been planted or significantly altered)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
- Digital products or downloadable content
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number.
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've approved it, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
